How long does it take to manufacture custom furniture for an apartment or house?
The average time from the creation of the offer to installation in a home is approximately 7 weeks. The exact time depends on the scope of the project and the time needed to prepare the visualization with our architect.
What types of materials do you work with?
We work with traditional materials such as wood and metal, as well as unconventional materials. We are equipped to work with various types of wood and sheet materials, such as solid wood, veneers, laminates, compact boards, bent plywood, and engineered stone.
Is it possible to arrange production remotely/online?
Yes, it is possible to fill out a contact form with your request, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For selecting materials and colors, we recommend an in-person meeting with our architect, who can visit you. Many other details can be addressed remotely as well.
Is it possible to have the furniture delivered and installed?
Yes, we will gladly deliver and install the furniture directly in your home. If needed, we can also arrange for the disposal and removal of old furniture.
What is the process for ordering custom furniture?
First, you fill out the contact form with your request. Our team will get in touch with you, we will discuss your needs, and prepare a design. Once the design is approved, we begin production and subsequent installation.
Do you provide a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty on all our products. If any issues arise, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Can I view material samples before placing an order?
Yes, we will be happy to show you material samples. You can visit our showroom or arrange a meeting with our architect, who can bring the samples to you.
What are the options for customizing the furniture design?
Our designers work with you to create furniture exactly according to your vision. We offer a wide range of customizations, including the selection of materials, colors, finishes, and accessories.
What are the payment terms?
Upon order confirmation, we require a deposit of 70% of the total price. The remaining amount is due after the completion of production and installation of the furniture.
